What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and Paypal

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Over the phone Credit Card orders are charged 50% immediately, and the rest at the time of shipping. To prevent credit card fraud, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit used. In order for us to ship a package to your school or work (an address that is not the billing address of your credit card) please contact your credit card's customer service department and request that your work or school address be added as a "secondary billing address" for your credit card. You can then include the your work or school address as your billing address on the order form. Also please remember always to include your credit card's customer service number!

What is your shipping policy?
We ship purchases immediately after confirmation of credit and depending on availability of product. Purchases are shipped via UPS Ground Services unless otherwise specified. DOWN FORCE INC. does not add additional handling charges; you are only billed the cost of shipping. To determine the cost of shipping, please use the Quick-Cost Calculator at http://www.ups.com, or check our cost estimates page. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, unless otherwise specified. Once your product is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via e-mail.
